I wanted to take a moment and compliment Adrian Jensen regarding my experience during our recent home purchase in Ballard. From the minute we met him he radiated confidence with his ability to understand our needs, wants and relate that into a home search that would find us the house that we were looking for. He was patient and understood the pressures that we were under in trying to find a home in this tough market. He is a seasoned veteran, his knowledge of the city, neighborhoods, culture, traffic, etc. was instrumental in identifying our search area. As a family man with children himself, he understood the environment that we wanted to create and call home. He educated us on the Washington State home buying process and worked to protect our interests as we proceeded through closing. He made countless visits to the house during the holiday season, placing his personal plans and family aside to ensure that his support was available when needed and it was. We had a major flood in the basement prior to closing. With one phone call, on the day of Adrian's annual holiday party, he was at our house, representing us and our interests to ensure that we were made whole. He visited the house daily from there monitoring progress of repairs with updates provided to us regularly.

Adrian is a champion at what he does and his customers should feel confident that they are receiving the highest level of support. This is a process that can be cumbersome, confusing and stressful, Adrian made this a pleasant experience for my whole family. If I can ever provide positive reference for your team in the future, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to working with him again on my next endeavor. I plan to buy again in Seattle for investment properties and I am confident in saying that there is nobody else that I am interested in working with than he. We contracted with Adrian for selling our Ballard home believing that his calm demeanor and history with both real estate and construction would be useful to us. Adrian was calm and confident. He simply stated his experience and his approach to our relationship and transaction. He then fully followed through with these claims during the process. Adrian brought several people to the process who helped with house issues needing attention before market (floors, painting/repair, cleaning, staging).
